As Lead, Business Operations, you’ll be the strategic engine behind how we execute and scale our go-to-market teams. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, helping the entire commercial organization move faster, align better, and grow smarter. You’ll design the rhythms, frameworks, and systems that keep our teams connected and accelerating toward our goals. You’ll tackle the big, messy, cross-functional challenges that don’t sit neatly within one team and solve them in ways that unlock scale, clarity, and speed.Whether it’s rolling out a new territory model, rethinking how we run QBRs, launching a new market, or driving special projects, you’ll be the go-to person to get it done: fast, right, and collaboratively.

Salary Range
$150,000 - $237,000 USD
