The Community You Will Join

Airbnb’s Host Services team is developing new business lines to improve listing quality and unlock value for Hosts. We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with the program lead, helping shape strategy, build business cases, and ensure seamless execution as initiatives grow.

The Difference You Will Make

This hands-on role focuses on building from 0 to 1, translating high-level ideas into actionable workstreams, and supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, fast-moving, with strong execution skills and a passion for scaling initiatives within Airbnb. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic decks and frameworks to communicate ideas and align stakeholders
• Conducting market research, sizing opportunities, and building financial models
• Supporting execution and tracking of initiatives with Product, Legal, Marketing, and other teams

A Typical Day

• Strategy Development & Storytelling: Build decks, structure ideas, create narratives to communicate strategy effectively.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Benchmark competitors, identify whitespace, develop business cases, and collaborate with FP&A to estimate revenue impacts.
• Execution Support & Cross-Functional Coordination: Translate strategies into operational trackers, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Develop reporting frameworks, analyze data insights, and propose actions for improvement.

Your Expertise

• 10+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, or high-growth environments
• Proficient in SQL or Superset, capable of working with large datasets
• Strong modeling and analytical skills, able to handle ambiguous data
• Autonomous, fast-paced, with excellent project management skills
• Clear communicator, able to synthesize and present complex information

Your Location

This position is US-Remote Eligible, with occasional office work or offsites as agreed. Must reside in a state where Airbnb has a registered entity. Check the current list of eligible states.

How We'll Take Care Of You
