Job summary
B&H Photo Video is seeking a Business Continuity & Insurance Manager to lead and enhance enterprise insurance, claims management, and business continuity programs. This leadership role will act as the subject matter expert for insurance coverage, claims recovery, operational resilience, and continuity planning, protecting the organization from various risks and ensuring readiness for disruptive events.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance, Claims Management, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience
- Experience managing insurance claims and carrier relationships
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and organizational levels
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's insurance portfolio, including carrier and broker relationships
- Oversee enterprise-wide insurance claims processes from reporting to settlement
- Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Program, BIAs, and recovery plans
- Coordinate continuity planning with IT disaster recovery capabilities and train staff
