Job summary

Southern Company, a leading energy provider in the Southeast, is seeking a senior professional to establish and govern Business Architecture and Process Management standards across the ERP footprint. You will drive frameworks, maturity, and utilization, while guiding a team of resources to deliver high-quality artifacts and training.

The role collaborates with process owners, business leaders, and architects to ensure consistent adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Enterprise Foundations footprint Business Architecture and related assets.
• Maintain the business process management framework, including roles, responsibilities, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain standards, templates, guidance materials, and reusable resources.
