Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive product vision, align stakeholders, and manage a high-performing BA team. You will guide requirements, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with product squads to deliver desktop and mobile solutions in a remote-first environment.

Applicants should bring 5+ years as a BA/PM in B2B/B2C, strong SQL and BI tool experience, and fluency in English. This role supports flexible, CET-inspired hours with remote work across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
5+ years as a BA or PM in B2B/B2C with desktop and mobile projects.
Strong stakeholder management and roadmap skills.
Experience with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives.
Contribute to and provide inputs for a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligning with customer objectives and priorities.
Team management, mentoring, coaching, supporting
Planning and BA resource management
Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them with the product team.
Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Understand Agile methodologies and work within a matrix organization.
