This role leads complex customer integration efforts from requirements gathering through implementation, ensuring solutions align with client needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting, professional services, or solution delivery.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Business Analyst - Customer Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead complex customer integration efforts from requirements gathering through implementation, helping ensure solutions are delivered accurately and aligned to client needs.

The position partners closely with stakeholders across the business and customers to document specifications, support testing and training, and provide consultative guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

It also includes mentoring junior analysts and helping drive clear communication, coordination, and successful outcomes across multiple priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
