Job summary

IO Datasphere, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Analyst to guide the full spectrum of analysis for large-scale information systems, focusing on Salesforce applications (Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, Conga Composer).

Enterprise platform leadership and cross-functional collaboration are core to the role. The candidate will own requirements, drive process improvements, coordinate Agile delivery, and ensure security across integrations.

Qualifications

• 10 years business analysis experience.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
• Knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and REST.
• Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.

Job description

Our client seeks a Lead Business Analyst to lead the full spectrum of business analysis activities for largescale, complex information systems— the majority of work dedicated to the client’s Salesforce application suite, including Salesforce Digital Experiences/Communities, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Conga Composer, and multiple custom integrations.

NOTE: Local candidates only. Must reside within 90 miles of Lansing, MI. Hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Onsite days will be Monday/Tuesday, no exceptions).
