Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst - AI Driven Delivery to govern AI-generated requirements and ensure traceability across business rules, data mappings, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

You will coordinate a business analyst team, act as a bridge between clients, PMs, and technical staff, and help define and document business specifications at the start of technical projects. Strong analytics and SQL skills required.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Experience in AI-enabled requirement engineering and governance.
• Strong analytical and process-reengineering skills.

As an Lead Business Analyst - AI Driven Delivery at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Own the governance and validation of AI-generated requirements in Gherkin format, including alignment with business rules and data mappings, and ensure AI-driven test validation and traceability through structured SME review to prevent downstream impact on system design, testing, and operations.

Help coordinate a business analyst team’s duties and activities on IT projects and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support.

Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impact.

Work with the client to develop business specs at the start of a technical project.

Analyze, plan, design, document or make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technology goals.

Help verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results.

Exercise your ability to use basic analytical and relational database software — such as Excel and SQL — to quantify the anticipated impact of work

9 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position with 3 or more years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred.

• Experience in AI-enabled requirements engineering, ensuring outputs are validated, governed, and fully traceable across business rules, data, and the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
• Knowledge of computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing.
• Advanced knowledge in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SQL and other requirement-mapping tools including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.
• Experience working in Scrum, Agile, SAFe & Waterfall methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. All salaried, full-time candidates are eligible for our generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance.
