Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Long Island City, NY is seeking a Product-side BA/Analyst to collaborate with loyalty business teams, platform vendors, engineering, QA, and IT to define and deliver loyalty features.

You will gather business requirements, write user stories with acceptance criteria, coordinate with vendors, clarify solutions with engineering, and support backlog prioritization and release planning with the Product Owner.
