Job summary

TechDoQuest in the Dallas-Fort Worth area seeks a Lead Business Analyst to drive connected services and in-vehicle applications. You will translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, and partner with developers, product owners, UX/UI, and QA teams.

You will lead requirements workshops, maintain traceability across design, development, testing, and release, and ensure alignment with SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices in a fast-paced automotive tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar experience.
• Strong experience developing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with application workflows, APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Dallas Fort Worth based or able to work regularly from the DFW area.

• Connected vehicle, telematics, or vehicle to cloud experience.
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or automotive technology organizations.

Ideal Candidate

A technically capable Business Analyst who can effectively bridge business/product stakeholders and software engineering teams. Candidates combining strong BA fundamentals with automotive and application development experience are preferred
