Job summary

Cloud Data Vision Inc is seeking a Business Analyst to support auto lending/auto finance technology initiatives in Dallas. You will work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand goals, map end-to-end lending workflows, and translate needs into epics, features, and user stories.

The role requires 5–7 years of BA experience with strong Jira/Agile practices; preferred exposure to auto lending processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of BA experience in auto lending/auto finance would be ideal.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience partnering with Product Owner and business stakeholders to define goals and priorities.
• Proven ability to groom and prioritize backlog for sprint readiness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to understand goals and end-to-end lending workflows.
• Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, compliance).
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlog in Jira; prioritize, estimate, and ensure sprint readiness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Bridge between business and tech teams; clarify requirements and resolve gaps during delivery.
• Support UAT planning and execution to ensure regulatory and business alignment.

Title: Business Analyst – Auto Lending / Auto Finance

Location: Dallas, TX (Only Locals)

Duration: Long Term on Contract

Experience: 5+

• We're seeking a Business Analyst with 5–7 years of experience to support our auto lending and auto finance technology initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to understand goals, priorities, and end-to-end lending workflows.
• Elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, compliance).
• Translate business needs into well-defined epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and groom the product backlog in Jira, ensuring stories are prioritized, estimated, and sprint-ready.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, clarifying requirements and resolving gaps throughout delivery.
• Support UAT planning and execution, validating that delivered solutions meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Required: 5–7 years of BA experience and strong proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Preferred: Domain experience in auto lending or auto finance, including loan origination, servicing, or dealer financing processes.
