Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of upholstery work experience.
• Ability to supervise a maintenance work force on a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate supervision and technical guidance to Upholsterers.
• Distribute and monitor work assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records and reports on inspections, repairs, and progress.
• Perform skilled upholstery work as needed.
• Operate a computer terminal for data input and retrieval.
• Assist management in disciplinary proceedings when required.
