Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Lead Bulk Loading Operator to join a century-old manufacturer. You will operate trucks and loading equipment, hook trailers, and work with PLC-controlled systems in a fast-paced, safety-focused facility. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7A–3P.

Salary: $30.00/hour. Ideal candidates have a CDL with trailer experience and at least two years of supervisory work, plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CDL licence with trailer experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience documenting daily activities and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to safety in a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate large trucks and trailers and hook/drop liquid tank trailers.
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars safely and efficiently.
• Operate PLC-controlled loading systems.
• Complete samples and required documentation.
• Attend safety meetings, audits, and training.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards.
