Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Lead Bulk Loading Operator to join a century-old manufacturer. You will operate trucks and loading equipment, hook trailers, and work with PLC-controlled systems in a fast-paced, safety-focused facility. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7A–3P.

Salary: $30.00/hour. Ideal candidates have a CDL with trailer experience and at least two years of supervisory work, plus strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

This role is critical to daily production operations and offers the opportunity to work with advanced systems, trucks, rail cars, and loading equipment both outside and within open air facility.

Salary: $30.00/hour

What You'll Do as Lead Bulk Loader:

• Operate large trucks and trailers, including dropping and hooking liquid tank trailers
• Load and unload trucks and rail cars safely and efficiently
• Operate PLC-controlled loading systems
• Perform sample analysis and complete required documentation
• Participate in daily safety meetings, audits, training, and monthly safety initiatives
• Assist with creating and following JSA's and SOP's
• Follow startup and shutdown procedures for equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate concerns effectively
• Maintain GMP and safety standards throughout the facility
• Complete daily logs, documentation, and shift turnover communication
• Support general housekeeping and facility care responsibilities
• Learn emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and storm shelter locations

What we are looking for:

• Valid CDL License with trailer experience.
• 2 years or more of supervisory experience
• Experience in documenting and reporting daily activities.
• Good communication skills
• Experience dropping and hooking liquid tank trailers ( a big plus)
• Ability to climb vertical ladder up to 15ft.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
