Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling preventative and corrective work, managing capital projects, and maintaining regulatory documentation to support safe, reliable hospital facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates in Mechanical/Electrical Technology preferred.
• Technical training or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Power Plant and HVAC systems across buildings.
• Train staff and provide corrective/preventive maintenance guidance.
• Schedule and track maintenance work; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Assist with capital projects and budgeting for department.
• Maintain regulatory compliance documentation (ADEQ, Fire, etc.).
• Respond to customer service requests with high satisfaction.
