Job summary

HDR Building Engineering Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery and ensure technical excellence on large, complex projects across Healthcare, Civic, Sports, Transportation, and Commercial Real Estate markets. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams from concept through commissioning, with occasional travel to client sites and HDR offices.

The role emphasizes relationship building with clients and the HDR global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience including at least 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered.
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out).
• Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine larger projects.
• Engineer, produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders.
