Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with minimum four years of related experience and/or trade school training.
• Experience with building systems maintenance and energy management.
• Knowledge of BMS and MRO processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve Building Management System operations.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare and review work orders and track progress.
• Develop reports on building efficiency and KPIs.
