• Ensures compliance with plans, codes, standards, and safety rules; reports to management.
• Conducts site visits, coordination meetings with contractors, and inspections.
• Issues warning notices, stop work orders, and court summons for violations.
• Requisitions equipment and materials to meet schedules; maintains records.
