- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facility issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs efficiently.
- Inspect facilities for safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair projects.
