Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in repair and maintenance of buildings; plans, lays out, schedules and assigns the work of building maintenance workers from work orders.
• Instructs subordinates and demonstrates proper work methods; checks and inspects buildings for repairs; estimates materials and labor costs; requisitions materials; inspects work in progress and upon completion.
• Makes oral and written reports of work completed by the crew; performs other related duties as assigned.
