Qualifications

• FOUR (4) YEARS of work experience in performing a variety of building maintenance repair work, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Driver's License: Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
• Special Requirement: Ability to lift and carry objects of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
