Job summary

ABM is seeking a Building Engineer to lead operation of facility services in mission-critical environments. You will supervise building systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical, ensuring safety, reliability, and uptime.

You will manage staff, coordinate with site leadership, handle work orders, preventive maintenance, and compliance with SLAs, Change Control, and budget oversight. This role emphasizes continuous improvement, training, and collaboration with contractors to maintain 100%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7+ years in mission critical operations preferred.
• Experience with BMS and CMMS platforms; Corrigo/ServiceNow a plus.
• Formal training in energy conservation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of critical infrastructure operations within mission-critical facilities.
• Ensure high-quality execution of work with zero impact to customers.
• Provide supervisory oversight and escalate emergencies as needed.
• Develop and maintain site-level operating procedures and documentation.
• Manage Change Management, MOP, SOP, and EOP programs.
• Oversee operational budgets and contract expenditures.
