Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience repairing, maintaining, and designing building systems.
• EPA 608 universal CFC recovery certification.
• Proven leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong compliance with federal, state, county, and city codes.
• Experience with Engineering Services Compliance Program or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS information for building systems and track work orders.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and Fire Life Safety operations.
• Plan and delegate preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage online service requests with minimal client disruption.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in after-hours rotations.
• Oversee installation of new or replacement equipment.
• Maintain inventory of parts and ordering replacements.
• Provide operational recommendations to Chief Engineer or Site Manager.
• Lead and develop maintenance team; provide onboarding and training.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
