Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks including maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in supervising the preventative maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot all building systems and comply with safety procedures.
