About The Role

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Work under limited supervision, monitor building system operations and performance. Apply various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation and environmental compliance.
  • Perform contracted work such as landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
  • Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage supplies.
  • Maintain energy management programs and building lighting systems to optimize efficiency.
What You Will Need
  • High school diploma or GED and at least four years of related experience or trade school training.
  • Preferred certifications include Universal CFC and others in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting over 50 lbs, climbing stairs/ladders, and standing for extended periods.
