Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a seasoned Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, improvements and installation of DDC/BMS, fire alarm life safety, security and card access systems across the resort. You will coordinate with utilities, Universal Creative, UPR and government agencies to ensure reliable service and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5-7 years in operating and maintaining BMS systems and related equipment, plus 3-5 years in theme park maintenance with

Qualifications

High school degree or GED is required.
HVAC, Electrical License or BMS Certification is required.
Associates degree (AA/AS) is preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Interface with utilities, Universal Creative, UPR and government agencies to secure, maintain and improve reliable service and meet all applicable systems site-wide.
Supervise routine DDC/BMS, life safety, security, and card access systems site-wide; manage maintenance, PMs and OSHA/quality standards.
Maintain budget for site-wide BMS, fire/life-safety, security, and access systems while staying within constraints.
Coach BMS Technicians on development, performance reviews, safety, and productivity.
Implement site-wide energy conservation goals; monitor utility costs and optimize efficiency.
