Goodwin Recruiting is partnering with a family-owned builder in Georgia to hire a Residential Construction Superintendent for high-end custom homes. You will lead field operations from site development through homeowner delivery, owning schedules, trades, quality, and coordination with architects and owners.

This hands-on role emphasizes seeing projects through on-site leadership, managing complex details, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship in a desirable Georgia community.

Qualifications

• Ground-up residential construction experience.
• Site work, grading, drainage and foundations knowledge.
• Framing and structural construction expertise.
• Roofing, windows, waterproofing and exterior systems understanding.
• MEP coordination experience.
• Construction sequencing and scheduling proficiency.
• Subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Attention to high-end finishes and architectural details.
• Quality control, punch lists and final delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Run custom homes from site development to final completion.
• Own day-to-day field execution and progress monitoring.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, vendors, and field personnel.
• Drive schedules and keep projects moving.
• Review plans, specifications and construction details.
• Oversee grading, drainage, foundations, framing and exteriors.
• Inspect workmanship and maintain high quality standards.
• Identify and solve field issues before affecting schedule or quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and ownership.
• Maintain organized, professional job sites and turnover process.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the build.
