Nectarize LLC is seeking a Lead Patient Service Provider (Budtender) to guide a team and ensure exceptional customer care in our dispensary. You will handle daily operations, cash and inventory, and compliance with state regulations while educating patients on strains and products.

Qualifications

• 21 and Up
• 1–2 years experience in a dispensary, retail, or customer service environment preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm, welcoming vibe
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, vapes, and concentrates
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills for money, inventory, and schedules
• Clear, calm communication with patients, team, and management
• Ability to adapt to busy shifts and stay positive under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-changing industry

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as Key Holder, ensuring security and procedures.
• Lead by example to demonstrate compliant handling of dispensary and payment processes.
• Manage cash handling, reconcile transactions, and process bank deposits.
• Collaborate with Inventory Lead to track stock and maintain freshness.
• Coordinate staff breaks to ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Resolve customer issues with calm authority and professionalism.
• Ensure proper product labeling and storage per regulations.
• Guide customers to suitable products and educate on strains, methods, and products.
• Process sales including cash and credit payments.
• Stay informed about the latest products and trends in the industry.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for the team and customers.
• Pursue learning and growth opportunities and assist management as needed.
