Job summary

Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is seeking a Lead Budtender to join our Happy Valley team. Bring cannabis knowledge, customer service skills, and leadership experience to our welcoming store.

You will coach staff, educate customers, process POS transactions, support merchandising, and ensure OLCC compliance. We offer bonuses, raises, tips, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
