Electric Lettuce, a leading dispensary, seeks a Lead Budtender to join the Sellwood team in Portland. Bring cannabis knowledge, customer service skills, and leadership to a welcoming environment with great products and people.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, educating customers on products, processing POS transactions, and maintaining smooth daily operations. Must be 21+ with OLCC permit or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements
• Assist management as needed
