Job summary

The Silver Stem Fine Cannabis (SSFC) Lead Retail Sales Associate Lead Budtender is the face of our brand in Denver, guiding patrons to enjoy their experience, learn about cannabis products, and return for future visits. You will help maintain store functionality and collaborate with staff, vendors, and the corporate team to ensure smooth operations.

You will interact with customers, manage POS transactions, and uphold state regulations while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and products.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn computer software and basic functions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid Colorado Employee Badge before hire date.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach and lift for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors following check-in protocol.
• Proper phone and email etiquette.
• Understand and utilize the Flowhub POS system.
• Opening and closing procedures.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and balance the register.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide product recommendations and educate customers on cannabis products.
• Adhere to state and local regulations and SSFC policies.
• Assist with daily store operations and inventory audits.
• Maintain knowledge of company security requirements.
