The Silver Stem Fine Cannabis (SSFC) Front Desk Associate in Littleton, CO, is the first point of contact for patrons. You will set the tone, embody our culture, and ensure a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

The role supports patient intake, member programs, and day-to-day store operations with emphasis on compliance and customer care. Required: high school diploma or GED; Colorado MED/CDPHE regulations knowledge; strong communication; multitasking; and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk/office role.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws and MED/CDPHE rules.
• Prior marijuana industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
