Job summary

Eurovision Services in Washington DC is seeking a Project Leader to drive end-to-end broadcast project delivery for major live events. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, budgets and risks, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead post-event debriefs, contribute to PMO processes, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional customer experience in an international, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the broadcast industry.
• Proven project management experience in broadcast, media or live events.
• Experience in venue management, booking or sports event production is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects, defining delivery scope and plans.
• Develop project timelines and milestones to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Coordinate internal resources and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Apply Eurovision Services' project management methodology throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues with mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular status updates for customers and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate handovers to operations, including Booking and EVC teams.
• Brief teams on procedures and expense regulations.
• Monitor event execution and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure proper project closure including operational, logistical and financial activities.
• Lead post-event debriefs and contribute to PMO improvements.
