Qualifications

• 6–10 years of technical engineering experience in broadcast or live production environments.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure, live production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of intercom and audio systems.
• Oversee upgrades and ongoing support of broadcast intercom systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance during live broadcasts.
• Manage routing and signal flow between production control rooms and remote sites.
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to deliver system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and workflows.
• Provide training to operators and end users on intercom functionality.

Skills

Deep expertise with intercom and audio systems

Strong knowledge of broadcast communications standards

Solid understanding of IP‑based broadcast infrastructure

Hands‑on experience with broadcast intercom systems

Experience with RF communications and frequency coordination
