Key responsibilities include providing technical support, updating system documentation, and coordinating repairs in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in broadcast or AV technology, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and be proficient with AV systems. The salary ranges from $140,000 to $165,000 annually, with a flexible work model that involves being in the office at least three days a week.

• Knowledge of audio and video production tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintain AV equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and manage equipment inventory.
• Mentor and help develop other technical personnel.

In-depth knowledge of legacy and state-of-the-industry multimedia systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field

InfoComm (CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I) certifications preferred
