We are seeking a Lead Bridge Engineer to join TYLin’s Bridge Sector in our Northeast Sector based in New Jersey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in a broad portfolio of exciting projects regionally, nationally and internationally. The primary scope of this role is to develop bridge and structure designs for local agencies and design-build clients, deliver projects on time, on budget and with high quality. It requires strong project management skills as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior staff. The role is hybrid in nature with expectations of 3 days in office.
T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $153,600 -$230,400 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
