You will collaborate with the executive team, overseeing costs, inventory, and staff. This role requires face-to-face leadership, a strong sense of craft, and flexibility to support weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience or equivalent is required.
• Commercial brewing experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of beer trends and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns beer portfolio and brand identity for Old 290 Brewery.
• Oversees wort production, fermentation, cellaring, filtration and packaging.
• Sets standards for beer quality, consistency, and presentation.
