You will work with Marketing Technology, Legal, Trust, and Localization to ensure quality and consistency, while mentoring editorial talent and evolving guidelines for AI-assisted production.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years in editorial, copywriting, or brand voice roles.
• Experience establishing brand voice guidelines at scale across markets.
• Direct experience with AI or language models and giving actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Airbnb’s brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
• Train and evaluate language models against brand standards.
• Review AI-generated copy across campaigns and products.
• Build scalable editorial QA for AI content and define human review needs.
• Translate guidelines into structured inputs for model output improvement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Trust, Localization, and Engineering teams.
