Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking a Project Manager (24-month contract) to lead the Brand Packaging Refresh, coordinating creative agencies, marketing brand managers, technical packaging engineers, and supply chain partners to deliver a commercially successful refresh.

Based in our Louisville corporate office with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-person), you will drive end-to-end packaging projects, ensure sustainability goals are integrated, and align with regulatory requirements across markets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in CPG or related industry.
• Certification PMP or equivalent is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end brand packaging refresh from design to final execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, packaging, and supply chain.
• Manage timelines, risk, and regulatory labeling across markets.
• Ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance (PPWR, SB 54).
