Champion Petfoods is seeking a Project Manager for a 24-month finance-focused contract to drive a global brand packaging refresh. You will lead cross-functional teams through design to execution, aligning creative work with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in PM within CPG, strong communication, and familiarity with PM tools. This hybrid role will be based in Louisville, Nashville, or Edmonton with 3 days in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the CPG or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, particularly packaging artwork refreshes, new product launches, or brand renovations.
• Proficiency with modern PM software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project) and artwork management/approval platforms.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers and senior leadership.
• Sustainability & regulatory knowledge is a strong asset.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project management for a global brand packaging refresh across markets.
• Coordinate creative agencies, marketing brand managers, technical packaging engineers, and supply chain partners.
• Develop and manage timelines, risk mitigation, and stage-gate governance for on-time delivery.
• Ensure regulatory labeling compliance and sustainability goals are integrated into packaging.
• Oversee transition from design to execution, including supplier coordination and QC for packaging materials.
