You will set priorities, handle routine accounting questions, escalate when needed, and report to the Chief Financial Officer. This hybrid Miami, FL position offers growth in a fast-growing tech-enabled home care space.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years in client-facing bookkeeping environments.
• Supervising or reviewing work of other bookkeepers (remote/offshore experience preferred).
• Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Experience with multi-entity clients, especially in healthcare or professional services.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients and offshore bookkeepers.
• Lead monthly/quarterly check-ins and explain financial results to business owners.
• Identify scope creep, flag out-of-scope work, and suggest upsell opportunities to leadership.
• Review team output (reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR) before client delivery.
• Own month-end close calendar for all assigned clients and ensure deadlines are met.
• Improve workflows with automation and maintain the accounting system.
