Job summary

Lynn Rodens is seeking a Lead Boiler Service Technician to support industrial boiler systems across multiple sites in the United States. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience servicing commercial and industrial boiler systems.
• Strong knowledge of combustion systems and instrumentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, inspection, maintenance, repair, and calibration of boilers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Oversee field technicians and coordinate service work.

Skills

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise

Strong communication skills

Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
