Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Lead Boiler Service Technician to support commercial and industrial boiler systems across regional sites in OH, MI, IN, KY. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, mentoring field teams, and delivering high-quality customer service in critical industrial environments.

Responsibilities include startup, inspection, maintenance, repair, calibration, and root-cause analysis, with leadership of technicians and occasional emergency support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience servicing commercial and industrial boiler systems.
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate service work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Read schematics, CAD drawings and technical manuals.
• Experience using diagnostic and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, inspection, maintenance, repair and calibration of boilers.
• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Recommend system improvements to enhance performance and reliability.
• Mentor field technicians and oversee service work.
• Manage service documentation and support emergency service calls and shutdowns.
