K Komfort Heating & Cooling in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Boiler Installer for residential and commercial boiler systems. You will lead installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hydronic heating experience, and collaboration with contractors, technicians, and property owners to meet the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of boiler installation experience.
• Residential and light commercial hydronic systems experience.
• Ability to read plans and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and driving for company vehicle.
• EPA certification appreciated.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, replacement, and commissioning of boiler systems.
• Train team members assisting with boiler work.
• Read blueprints, piping schematics, and installation drawings.
• Install piping, pumps, expansion tanks, zone valves, controls, and venting.
• Perform startup, testing, balancing, and commissioning.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with dispatch.
• Communicate professionally with customers about operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
