Minimum five years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and ability to read blueprints are required. A valid driver’s license is essential; we offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC installer or similar role in residential settings.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, especially residential units.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with current HVAC regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless units.
• Prepare installations by checking electrical and plumbing connections.
