Qualifications

• 7–10 years field experience servicing industrial boilers and burners.
• Strong combustion and burner tuning across multiple manufacturers.
• Proficiency with burner management and combustion control systems (Siemens, Fireye, CB Hawk, Autoflame).
• Troubleshoot boiler, burner, electrical and controls issues.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics and OEM docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional customer interaction.
• Commitment to safety including lockout/tagout, confined space, hot work.

Responsibilities

• Lead combustion tuning, burner adjustments, and performance optimization on boilers and burners.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, controls, and fuel-train systems.
• Install, commission, and support burner, boiler, and controls retrofit projects.
• Lead commissioning and startup of boiler-room equipment and upgrades.
• Conduct annual inspections, teardowns, internal assessments, and field repairs.
• Document service activities with clear tuning logs, inspection reports, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales/project teams and prepare retrofit scopes and proposals.
• Maintain professional relationships with facility managers and maintenance teams.
