Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BMS hardware or power electronics design.
• Deep understanding of lithium-ion / lithium-polymer battery systems.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, power analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Own BMS hardware architecture for lithium-based UAV battery packs.
• Design schematics and guide PCB layout for reliable BMS designs.
• Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation testing.
