Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking a Lead Blow Mold Operator for night shift (10:00pm–6:30am, Mon-Thurs with overtime as needed) to lead safe, efficient blow molding on assigned lines. You will operate, set up, changeovers, train staff, and partner with Maintenance, Quality and Production to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on blow molding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years hands‑on blow molding experience.
• Lead or senior operator experience preferred.
• Experience with Uniloy blow molding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day blow molding activities for assigned lines and staffing.
• Operate blow molding equipment from cold start to full production; perform changeovers.
• Troubleshoot blow molders and coordinate with Maintenance for repairs.
• Monitor production performance, downtime, scrap, and throughput; take corrective action.
• Perform routine quality checks and adjust process settings to maintain specs.
• Support auxiliary equipment and material-handling systems.
• Train and coach operators on safety, quality, and changeovers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and proper waste handling.
• Document production data and drive continuous improvement.
