Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking a safety‑mocused Blow Mold Operator on 1st Shift (6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Mon–Fri; overtime possible) to safely produce high‑quality containers. You will run blow molding equipment, perform start‑ups from cold, and handle changeovers while maintaining quality records.

You will collaborate with production and maintenance teams, interpret PLC changes, and ensure a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience operating blow molding or injection molding equipment.
• Able to read/write/communicate in English per work instructions.
• Experience with Uniloy machines preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to safely use basic hand tools.
• Strong safety, quality, teamwork and continuous improvement mindset.
• Overtime/weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot blow molding machines for safe, efficient production.
• Start up equipment from cold conditions and perform changeovers.
• Interpret PLC programming and adjust for performance improvements.
• Conduct daily setup and bottle size changeovers across lines.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized work area per procedures.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for efficiency.
• Review logs and communications for process updates.
