Ashley Furniture Industries in Leesport, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Blow Fill Supervisor to oversee daily blow fill operations, manage a production team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This onsite role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing with 2+ years in supervision; a HS diploma is required, with degrees preferred. You will drive productivity, maintain records, and collaborate across maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily blow fill operations and coordinate with production scheduling.
• Monitor workflow, adjust staffing levels, and ensure safety and quality targets.
• Lead, train, and evaluate team members; manage attendance and shifts.
• Maintain production records and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, planning, and logistics to support launches.
